hi , check the model code if it is 80337 its a base model, not gts,but could still be a factory v8. 80737 is 6cyl gts/ 80837 is v8 gts 253/307/308.81837 is 350 man or auto. cheers daz

This is only true for the HK series. In the HT all cars have separate codes for the 6 & V8 models. 80337 is for a base Monaro 6, while a base Monaro V8 has the code 80437.
