I agree.They are a special threaded bolt, cant remember the correct thread size though.

I can't remember either, but 3/8 or 7/16 is the right one. I think it is 7/16 but i wouldn't put money on it. Grab both a 3/8 and 7/16 and try them without the stone tray in the way first.
I HATE putting the stone tray back on.

Oh another thing i have just learned... Don't try and remove the SL/GTR/XU-1 stone tray without the car jacked up. Theres barely enough ground clearance to get the 'prongs' out of the front end. The S stone tray (which doesn't have 'prongs' protuding into the nosecone) should be fine to remove without the car jacked up.
