the only way to fix that would be to
a) find a donor and cut and weld in a new section.
B) neatly remove the damaged section and fabricate a new panel. this is the harder one, but in the end you have NEW steel in there.

u can get fibreglass front aprons. although fibreglsaa to metal joins arent the best. search wreckers for one in better condition an cut it out an weld it in.

I emailed Les a few months ago and he told me that if he made them he would need to sell at least 300.
I put a post up about it and not many people showed interest.

They are nearly 40 years old so very hard to get second hand as they are all rusted out, The fiberglass one's are no good.

Maybe if the moderators made a thread and see how many people would be interested and we can send it to Les..

Cheers

Theres a suggestion Mods, can we get a thread that counts the number of people that needs this part in steel - give Rares an idea how many they may sell?

We cannot make this panel ourselves economically so we sent a sample to Asia unfortunately the manufacture lost it and now does not want to make it. This is a panel we want to have made as we believe it would be a good start to making complete panels for older cars in Asia. We will persist with this panel and let you know of our progress. In the mean time we will look at a rust repair section for them

I can't belive they lost the panel would be great if you can make them as they are one of the main panels that rust out even before the front floor pans.

Looks like will just have to wait and see what happens.

Thanks Les

Cheers
