That is a picture of a LC 69 to July 71 accelerator pedal. After that date they were the same as LJ

So the change from floor mounted to 'normal' pedal occured in the late LCs?
My mates LC was missing the floor pedal, just had the metal linkage, we replaced the whole assembly with a LJ one.

Yes the LCGTR pedals are hard to find in one piece,its just like a plastic hinge and they tend to break where they bend.
