i think there pretty crap!!!

i brought a car and they came with a set they faded in no time, the wire to the temp gauge broke off and generaly gave false readings

i had a set of autometers in the shed to put in it but i thought id give them a go to see what they were like.

they were soon in the bin!

with the dollar the way it is at the moment you can get brand new autometers for the same price a speco,s from places like summit or usa ebay :D

Speco gauges are crap, they don't even begin to compare with autometer.
I had 2 brand new temp gauages where the capillary tube fell off.
I had 1 brand new oil gauge, the fitting was stripped.
Never had a problem with autometer.
Speco gauges is like the Procomp of dizzys. :gun:

i run them on my vr statesman as external gauges, never had a problem yet, although id prefer something like vdo or autometer, but being outside the car i thought cheapos would be better as someone else might think they need them more than me

speco are shit, my mechanical water temp gauge broke 3 times!

go VDO or autometer, much better quality. i run a full VDO dash in the UC, works perfect.
