I remember the thread here a little while ago re the hq ones being suitable, cant find that thread thru search tho.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this type has intermitt on it, and will it wire in.

Kaz, HK/T/G switch is OK for LC and LJ, but I'm not sure about LX - I'd hafta check. None of them have an intermittent setting.
The best option for fitting an intermittent wiper is to retain the standard LX wiper switch, and to find a UC or HX/HZ intermittent wiper assembly (small electronics box and separate intermittent wiper knob, continuously variable), which wires straight into your loom - you only have to cut one wire to fit it, and then mount the separate knob.

im pretty sure i used one from a ht in my lx looked the same
