Hi Guys, im in WA Ive built my LJ and put a 253 in it i have also put a 9inch with Hq stud pattern on it and also fitted it with Hq front disks. also using a Hq metering block. however i have a LJ single diaphram brake booster. Now my engineer has tested my braking distances and it is all within the legal limits, however he wants me to get somthing written that says that teh booster has enough displacement for the brakes and that the parts are compatable. I have approched several companys asking but none of them want to touch it. so ive come to a brick wall in my project. it is literally the last hirdle i have to get past to have my car registered. Can i get any advice from you guys

What exactly have they asked for ?
Specs of the booster...... which provides the vaccuum assistance
Or
The master cylinder fluid displacement

Your engineer should be able to provide this letter
Who's your engineer ?

If its hydraulic displacement they want I can write the letter
But I need all the details of the brakes. Inc size of rear wheel cylinders
HQ metering block is same as LJ one...... or do you mean HJ ?

If its booster output ratio they want they are being silly. I've told them before that info isn't readily available and PBR won't dish it out

Cheers
Neil

Im almost certain that he wants the hydralic displacement .. he did rather confuse me. but he was talking about the cylinder displacement in the brakes. i think he must have got the master cylinder confused with the brake booster. It is a Lj master cylinder and booster on HQ metering block and HQ brakes. i would be very appreciated if you could. ill gather all the info i can on it
