My hq needs to have its gas system certified, i have just put a new motor in etc and i am looking for a gas place that will fit me a new system, and also fix up some issues i am having with the motor swap (ie Stupid leaks, shitty idle etc)
I live up in Belgrave, and i want to go to a place within 15-20min of home. So i was thinking Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Bayswater area...
I want a good place, but one that is not expensive... So put your ideas forward!
Cheers

Not big on detail I know, and no personal experience, but maybe head down, ask a few questions and see what happens.
Didn't know you'd done an engine swap in the HQ, when was that and whats that about?
Cheers,

Sam, remember on the cruise how my car was causing me grief? Well i started the strip down not long after that. I am just using the 202 out of the SS i just bought, it was not the orig motor, it has a yella terra head, cam, etc. So it should go a little bit better... It drives at the moment, so i could drive the car to a local fitter for them to finish off.
I have the old carby and manifold off the old motor on it atm, which is probably causing most of the problems! i have an Impco two barrel carby and a 186s manifold ready to go on, just need someone to do it!

My car is driveable, but im not very comfortable with it haha, its not running smooth and stalls all the time haha. So if i drove it down, id have to make sure i do it early morning or something when there is not much traffic...

Speak to Greg and have a chat. My Dad and I have both used him in the past, smaller workshop... shouldn't be as pricey as some of the bigger mobs.
