HI
I think you will find that there is no difference between an LJ GTR head and any other LJ 202 head. The number you have quoted is correct for both.

Hi Guys.
This high-comp & low-comp thing pops up all the time, it goes like this.
The 2811930 head is the open chamber head that is fitted to the normal (high-comp) 202. A low-comp 202 also uses the same head, but uses pistons with a larger dish to achieve the lower compression.
A normal (high-comp) 173 uses the 2811929 closed chamber head, but the low-comp 173 uses the 2811930 (open chambered) head. So the H & L castings only have any real meaning when fitted to the smaller (173) engine. The L casting is the open chambered head & results in the lower comp ratio, the H gives a high comp ratio.
Dr Terry.
