celica 5 spd into LJ

hi guys, just wondering if i put a celica 5 spd into my '72 LJ will i need to get a engineers certificate? if so whats involved in this process? thanks alot guys

in qld you do, and i didnt have to do anything, though i got it done with 2 other mods, but he just had a look under the car, made sure it was done properly, and hey presto done.

how much does it cost to get the engineers to hav a look???

I ve got one in mine i have no certificate and ive had a blue slip done and been defected 5 times in my LJ but nothing was said about the gearbox, you should'nt need one.and sorry im not sure how much it cost's

the speedo also has to be accurate. normally they charge $120 for the first and $20 for every mod after that and they come to you.
