N.S.W modified sedan series

A four round modified sedan series is under construction for the upcoming season that hopes to revive some competative fields in central NSW.
Dates have been confirmed as follows :
RND 1 - Goulburn Speedway 10/11/07
RND 2 - Nowra Speedway 01/12/07
RND 3 - Nowra Speedway 02/02/08 (Sth Coast Title)
RND 4 - Goulburn Speedway 12/04/08
Series is open to ASCF Mod/Prod & Production, RSA Division 4 & 5,NSW & ACT Board Super Production (exclude V8s).
Sponsors and prizemoney still to be confirmed.
Hopefully it will be successful not only for those who participate but move some of the many sedan divisions in NSW closer together so as to improve field numbers and promotional value for the tracks that may get involved in the future.

Good to see another class getting a serries up and running.
Speedway as a whole is looking fairly healthy these days with so many catagories running serries race calenders.
Gee so many classes in the modified division now. I remember when modified production first started. It has gotten a long way away from the origonal concept.

yes... the idea behind this series is to try and bring some of the classes back together...even if this does not happen at least from here on in we will have an annual series where we can all run together for 4-6 events.
