I thought the VL had the low pressure pump intank, feeding to a high pressure external pump. Or was that just the 6?
The vn has just external high pressure pump?
I have all of the above. Just cant decide on which to use.
Cheers, Col.

This wiring kit did the job but the instructions were a bit vague.Ok got the wiring sorted i just got a pack from v6 conversion specialist in nsw it cost $400.00 wich was cheeper than crs by $350.00 go figger .
so now i need to do all the work BUGGER .
There were wires and a couple of plugs hanging off the loom with no reference in the instructions or diagrams.
Fortunately, Petroject had given us a wiring diagram when they by-passed the VATS.
Also the ign. supply to the computer and another wire (starter solenoid from memory) had dodgey spade terminals to join them after you poke the loom through the fire wall.
After we got it running, we then went about tidying the loom up and fitting convoluted tubing over it all. Guess what? The dodgey spade connections came undone while this was happening.
Took about another hour to find the fault, strip the loom and solder the buggers
A couple of quotes from the day:
Wraith: "Lets just plug the computer in and see what happens!"
(This after a bit of head scratching over the loom and the extra plugs)
Result: The bloody thing ran!
Then after it was running but wouldn't stop when the key was turned off:
RoDoMo: Just cut that pink wire and see what happens!
Result: The car now turns off with the key!
