Hi All
Im rebuilding my front end and are using wasp brand ball joints but they are not greased yet from the factory.

I did a search on google and all i come up with is you should grease ball joints but it doesnt state what kind of grease?

So what do you guys recommend? Moly, lithium , high temp bearing? etc.

Cheers Julian

At work we use a Graphite grease, its the same stuff that comes in the little satchel when you buy new bushes. Castrols is called LMM (not sure what other bands are called) :spoton:

I've been using moly in ball joints for over 25 years. Makes them last a long time. Don't use moly in ball or roller bearings though. Its too slippery, you can actually get the situation where the moly causes the ball or roller to slide rather than turning as its designed to do.

The Castrol Website recommends LMM.
