I'm after some UC front springs made to the spec I'm after. Who in Melbourne can make them in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price?

I paid $180 for a pair of custom springs for the front of my HQ about 6 months ago. That was from Adel. Industrial Springs.

Hope that helps as a comparison.

Ordered the springs today over the phone. Should be ready in three days and cost $110. That's $54 cheaper than Pedders wants for their over the counter springs.

These guys have had a bit of experience in setting up springs for drag cars. They rang me back today and discussed my requirements. They also suggested a slight variation to my request. Anybody else looking for custom springs should give Brown Springworks a call.

The other thing I thinking this morning was that Pedders should be able to order custom spec springs. They were $54 more than Brown Springworks, but the delivery charge would probably take care of the difference. Their number is in the second post of this thread. Just post them down a bank cheque and they should be able to organise it all for you.
