
What is the bore and stroke of a 308

I thought it was 4.00 x 3.06 inches (101.6 x 77.7mm)

Are you sure its not 101.6 x 88.9, which is 4" x 3.5"?101.6 x 88.39mm

308 = 5.046 cc (or 5 litres)
10.16 x 10.16 x 3.14159/4 = 81.073
81.073 * 77.7 = 6299.38 cc per cylinder
and eight of those will give you the 5 litres of a Holden 308

Stroke for a 304 is 3.024"
Stroke of a 350 SBC is 3.480" or 88.39mm

Yes it does... Thanks guys, just filling in log book forms for CAMS.Stroke for a 308 is 3.062"
Stroke for a 304 is 3.024"
Stroke of a 350 SBC is 3.480" or 88.39mm
