not too far for me to go for tyres etc. I will have to stop in when the 4WD needs new tyres. The torrie has stacks of tread left ;)

Smokem, Out of general interest what is available to suit std torana off set and pcd these days? Simmonds and the like excluded.
EG ROH used to have gamblers etc, and speedy wheels had a few back when I was in the trade. But what now? Are we left with simmonds and imported billets?

Hey congrats on your new business Smokem.
A good business to be in the way you shred your tyres. :spoton:
Chris looked after me there last time I purchased tyres for the hatch, and was the best price around.
Will certainly be back there next time I need some.
All the best with it.

yeah cool i,ll help ya out mate just make sure ya see me!!

p.s. im changing the name of the shop!!
ive decided to go as a sole trader instead of a franchise,
so its not tyre plus anymore, Its now gonna be tea tree gully tyre and mechaniclal..
as the michelin dudes reckon they want me to spend like 5 or 10 grand a month
on their product and i wanna sell as many products as i can hook up not just 1 !!!

so youll be seeing changes over the next few weeks forsure

We had the same problem. The franchise I used to work for was told by Michelin that the entire chain was going to have their account terminated by Michelin. Except for our particular store, due to our excellent Michelin sales record. Steve told Michelin it's all stores or none, so they no longer dealt with us directly. That didn't stop us selling Michelins though...

I just live down the road from your tyre place I was wondering what was going on when I kept seeing a tough looking blue torana out the front, it got my attention.
