dupont has a product called epoxy primer you can spray on and then do your
repairs over the top of it after you have rubbed it of coarse,they recommend this way as it stops bare steel being exposed and geting surface rust around and under the repaired areas this is a 2k product ,havent used arcylic for about 14 years so i really cant tell you a good etch primer to use (from memory spartan had a good one )but depends if doing in 2k or arcylic

i am doing it in arcylic, is it still possible to use the 2k product or is that not recommended>
