As far as I can remember, the cloth insert was made up of two colours. One in a shade of white and the other in a light shade of red/pink. The cloth was very worn and faded but I am sure it contained two colours. Can anyone confirm this?
Lastly, what is this patterned cloth called?

I've never seen other than chamois in chevron but stated above it did come out in other colours

Unfortunately thats as close a shot of the inside that I have.
I would be tempted to agree that the style maybe similar to more common ones but the colour may be matched to the chamois.
The first owner described it as "the same as the Monaro he had"

The cloth insert is barely visible through the steering wheel in the pic above.
Another photo I have shows a dark insert on the back seat but its just as obscure.
Early in this thread I said herringbone, should have said 60Y Chamois w/ Raydo.
