What Is In My 186 Engine

hi guys, i am doing up a 186 that has had a bit of work done on it. would like to know a little more about the parts in it. help me if you can?? thanks robert
engine is a 186p block. crank is a holden 742000 also has 5a afe , a311
pistons are f6186 gh cam is a crow 647-60 cwc ep35. head is a 7420103
b116x instead of l or h it has a 8. block casting is f 4 1. thanks robert :D

It's a 186 block from a HG Holden, cast on 4th June 1971. The head is HD vintage (11/2/66)

crank is a holden 742000

so is this crank a steel or cast iron ? thanks , as i have one of these in a 186S , just checking.

Steel crank, ARP rod bolts, it's been balanced.
