Gday guys,

Just wanted to say a quick Gday and introduce myself and JAR.

I started Just Alloy Radiators as I noticed the increasing costs of getting your stock radiator tripple cored/reconditioned and then the massive jump in price to get an all alloy alternative. I thought there has to be a way around this..I manged to pick the brains of some of the bigger companies and found out who their suppliers of cores were and also a couple of places overseas that can manufacture complete units for me. Since then we have not only imported and manufactured radiators but affiliated ourselves with other manufacturers to become distributors of their products. Some of the companies and brands include- PWR,MSPEC,KOYO and GOLPHER.

By not only offering our own radiators for sale we are able to give you the best advice on the right product to suit your budget and application.

We are always on the lookout to support Car clubs and launch group buys to ensure our customers get the best deal possible so if you have a suggestion for a radiator you would like us to produce, round up a couple of other fellas and save yourself some dosh!

Here's a pic of the LC radiator we made:

I am looking to launch a group buy based on a minimum order of 5. They will be made to suit ANY engine combination and will feature a 52mm thick twin core.
They will be slightly different to the one pictured above as it will have a second set of mounting wings at the rear so you can run 2x horizontal cross braces and mount your thermo fans to that. Other than that we can put on the outlets to suit any engine!.

PRICE: $499 plus shipping. Average shipping cost is $25 to $35 Aust wide.

Any questions just fire away!

Cheers
Nathan

Thanks for the offer nathan!

I'll put your offer forward to the NSW monaro club as well to see if any members there might like to take advantage of it at all!

Can i ask who does your welding? It all looks pretty neat!

Can you do custom things like artwork on the top tank or anything like that? Or is that pushing my luck too far?

I've already got a PWR alloy in the monaro but just a few questions that sprang to mind!

Cheers!

Thanks for the questions mate,

In the case of the Torry rads and some of the others we do. I get my factory in China to weld the blank end tanks onto the core. We then finish them off here with the outlets and any extra stuff that is requested. That is done at one of 2 factories in Sydney who are specialist Tig welders.

Cant do the pics on the top tank etc, infact we try and steer away from the really custom one off stuff as its is just not our market.

cheers
Nath

I have that one in the pick.

Have not been able to put it into the car yet, but they honestly look better in real life than in the picks. Very happy thus far.

Cheers.

Thanks Bomber,

Yeah that pick is pretty shithouse so here are some more. While this is in a little 4 banger it still represents the style we push to keep costs down. 40mm mounting wings on the front and then another set of 20mm ones on the rear. We put in a water return line for the turbo aswell.

I'm also interested in one to suit a 355 powered LC.

Although I still need to measure up a few things on my engine bay to figure out exactly what I want.

Can I choose the thickness (i.e. number of cores)? How thick can you supply?

Cheers,
Scott.

Mate for this batch,we wont be making any changes to the cores or width but in all honesty i am yet to see an application that would need a thicker core than this.

Just to update we are now offering a full polishing for no additonal cost, this is around $80 bucks if you wanlk into a metal polisher. The difference can be seen in this pic.

Seeing there hasnt been much interest in a group buy i am just going to get 5 cores over so get in quick if your keen. they will be ready in 6 weeks.

Has anyone purchased one of these ? How is it?

I am looking at an V8 HQ triple core or equivalent radiator with the front two side lips cut off just leaving the one at the rear to attach to the radiator support panel.

No the one i have now is not alloy but is cut down to fit, will cut down the alloy to suit as per the one I have now, it will be strong enough..I have no doubts about that.
