I would suggest that there is a short at the relay. I had my horn relay decide to operate independantly of my right hand on Monday. Luckily, it happened right next to a marked cop car. he saw me belt the shit out of the horn bar, laughed and drove off.

Try pulling out the fuel pump relay, and pull one of the others out and stick it in, see if it fixes it. If so, it's the relay. At least they's easy to access on the Commonwhores.

Have you checked the relay?Swap it with another & see if it still has the same problem.

Mine was caused by a water leak onto the relay, so check for evidence of that.
