Hey guys, sorry for this silly question but I had to ask out of curiosity.

I spotted these wheels
on ebay and was wondering, because they are 4 x 108 pcd. Could I get the centers drilled to make it 5 x 108 pcd? or can that not be done.
Im having a hard time finding some wheels under the 500 buck mark with a torana stud pattern..
cheers

You could get any rims drilled to the right stud pattern, but it would neither be safe or legal AFAIK...

it says 4 x 108.. that mean its a four stud pattern?.. as in the pics its a 5 stud pattern.... And I thought drilling wheels to a stud pattern is both legal and safe?

Well I can't see the pics... And I'm pretty sure that it is both illegal and unsafe... Can someone with any idea please comment? haha

Yeah mate, its not just the stud pattern that will make the wheels fit-able. The Offsets and everything has to be right as well.

For $500 you should still be able to find sme nice looking wheels. What kinda style are you after? You will struggle to find the modern looking wheels for a torana, let alone under $500... I say just settle for some old school wheels! Heaps of the dragway wheels in 14" still look great on torrys! With the right tyre and offset they sit great on the torana!

Indies, 5 Spokes, Dragway Pros etc are all nice looking wheels. Or you can go for the Centreline look. My gf has 14x7 centrelines on her car, and they look tough as! They are basically a mirror finish (Polished up well) and we picked these up for $200 without tyres!

Thanks mrlxss... I totally agree with you. I guess I just have to be patient and keep looking. I currently have 13x6 hustlers but I would like some large wheels to fill the wheel arches.. maybe 14's or 15's with some large tyres as they are only running 185's at the moment.
I'll keep my eyes peeled, cheers

Watching both of them at the moment mate. I like the centrelines more.. but do they really look any good on toranas? Good size though. Worst case scenario will be me having to pull my finger out, be patient and save more cash to get a nice set somewhere.
If anybody works for Franklins as a manager, give 17yr olds more then 8.70 per hour :)
cheers

How much for the indi's?
How was the offset on your rana?
What size tyres could you run without fouling on the guards?
