Where would i be able to find the chassis number stamped?
provided i have matching Chassis numbers to the original owners rego papers, i would still be able to get it registered?

Passenger side, look at the inner guard near the bolts for the crossmember. If you have statutory declaration to show proof of ownership with the correct chassis & engine numbers to the car then all you have to do is get it checked at a blue slip place, then off you go to the rta.

Dont panic, I think in NSW they issue a new plate to match the body numbers stamped into the guard. The fact that Mario gave you Qld papers will help.
