What size engine is a holden red v8 with QR prefix????

QR is 253 red block.QT is if it's a 308.Better to check the casting on side of the block just to be nowadays as sometimes the engine number is different to what the block actually is if it's been rebuilt.

QR is 253 red block.QT is if it's a 308.Better to check the casting on side of the block just to be nowadays as sometimes the engine number is different to what the block actually is if it's been rebuilt.

You can't even believe that these days, there's a 308 on feEbay with the cast 253 grafted onto the sides.

^^^^ i saw that, must be to get around those p plate laws or something ?? maybe we cold try grafting 202 on the side and registering as a six !

my friend got a 355 registered in a 2dr HB. He put the HB engine number on the 308.
