The bad thing for him is you can clearly see his number plate as he heads back towards the camera.

Very bad in fact because I think the police are aware of this video.............. :gun:

good :)

people that do that sort of thing really make you think that, to them, their car is just a glorified penis extension.

I "may have" had my car "break traction" on the way home, but rest assured if i did, it was in a very out of the way place, with no risk to anyone really. (hey i had ricers in the car with me, i had to show them what it could do somehow!)

Later on last night i may have had my arse handed to me by a early model pulsar, bright pink with graphics down the side, leather and snakeskin interior, big dinner plate wheels.....

ohhhh and a massive intercooler hanging out the front..... had the plates "ursoft" or something similar and went like a rocket.

Kid couldnt drive for crap (all over the road, seemed to just bang the foot down and it torquesteered like a bitch, no idea about feeding the throttle!)

I backed off just over the speed limit, he kept going to WELL over the speedlimit. ricers hey :P

One thing has hit me after looking at all the photos, and its not that there were a lot of great cars there. That was the fact that there were quite a few cars with red lines on thier tyres. Is that a new fad that i haven't caught up with? I think they look good, especially that grey LC.

redwalls? nothing new about them, but yeah they have certainl become a bit of a "fad" lately, alot of the commodore guys with 20"+ rims are running a redwalled or colour walled tyre tyre.

I noticed that last night. Who ever it was, was stupid for putting it on there in the first place.

Craig said he had some footage of it anyway, so hopefully that can do some good.

It may be removed from that link but thats not to say it doesn't still exist.

I too watched that story on 60 minutes and the actions of that guy in the Commodore and the idiot in the One Tonner could have easily led to the same outcome. Or even worse.

What happens if he snaps an axle or puts oil down? Carnage.

There's every opportunity to go to the drags, burnout comps, Supernats, the Canberra AlcoholNats, or even a quiet industrial area but to do this amongst a crowd on a public street or inside a static car show? WTF???

I was standing there when the guy in the one tonner arrived at the display, he dropped a skid as he entered the grassed area and sprayed rocks all over the beautiful blue XB GT following him. :fool:

FWIK the police are aware of exactly what happened on the weekend and you might find thats why the video got pulled from Youtube.

i download clips with save video download.com

go to that site, paste in the youtube video address. then click "get link" then a link will appear below where you put in the address of the video. right click it and go to "save as" name the file and end it with .flv example: musclecarcruise.flv

to play them you will need realplayer.

i also have downloaded videos for the audio in them.

just download AOA Audio Extractor here

then install it and run the program. click add files and then open whatever video you want to extract the audio from. or an easier way is to drag and drop the clip into the aoa extractor window.

then just hit the big start button and it will extract the audio and will save it in your
C:\My Music folder

:spoton:

maybe i should post this in another topic thread too.

It was a fantastic day and it was great to catch up with those who i'd met before and really great to finally put a face to some more nicknames!

I had a ball, and i'm REALLY glad that those two (not the only two), got the pay out they deserved. What a pack of tools. Glad to hear that the police are on the case, I'm sure the promoters of the event are keen to stop this element at their show.

Great pics from you all, and geez tracy your pics have awesome points of view!

Cheers everyone!

Well the organisers of the event and chasing the details on the ute and commodore (have got plates and footage of the ute, were chasing the plates of the commodore)

Good to see they want to stamp out the idiots.
