How much for a bore and hone?

Was just wondering what the going rate is for a bore and hone. I've got a standard bore 202 that i'm looking at taking out to 30 or 40 thou so I can fit some new pistons. Also is a torque plate bore and hone a must?
I'm in Melbourne, south east suburbs around Dandenong, Frankston and Cranbourne area so if anyone can recommend somewhere around there that would be good.
Thanks

Ring around a few places and see. Warby engines in Cranny do a good job.

rodomo is that with a torque plate?
I might be wrong but isn't a torque plate something you buy and bolt on?
This price wouldn't include that.

Ian has my respect too as an engine builder but I don't know how he finds anything in there.
Unless things have changed in 20 yrs?

Its a thick plate that bolts to the deck and it gets torqued up to head bolt specs so that there is no distortion whilst boring + honing. It keeps the cylinder walls straight.

Not quite right, the torque plate is for the bolts to distort the bore so when you hone it the finish replicates the head clamped in place.
