What a ripper! The gloss on that paint looks fantastic; has it been resprayed?

Fantastic overall condition. What's the rust like? Have you got any plans for it?

Looks great missy, cant see ive seen that colour or the white roof.
Totally original? perhaps a few shots under the bonnet, both left and right side of the engine would be great. It would let everybody know what adr27a stuff should be fitted to the engine on an LX, is the build date after july 76? Interior shots would be great too.

Something tells me it was a weekend warrior. And by that I mean the old lady who used to drive it to the general store each Sunday morning, hahaha.

As Devils said, i'd also be interested on seeing some interior shots.

Its a daily driver now... Kindda... But it was put in the shed by the previous owner as soon as leaded petrol went out...

I dont believe it has been resprayed... My partner is a car detailer, he gets her shinning beautifully...

She has a few rust spots on the roof and she has a small oil leak and the air con leaks water (the air con doesnt work at the moment), my partner says its something to do with the radiator leaking water into it?

The interior does have some damage, It looks like a bit of water damage on the tops of the rear doors (where the window goes into the door)... And the centre console has a rip in the vinyl... But over all the interior is pretty smick...

I will see if I can get some interior shots, its a little overcast up here so they might come out a little dark... I will see what I can do tho...

:D If you look at the paint in different lights it looks different colours... You can see this in the difference between my avatar and the pics I have posted... Its actually an aqua green colour, not a blue...

There is no real connection between the radiator and an aircon system.
is it fact air or an underdash unit?
Sounds like its an underdash aircon unit and that the bottom of it has rusted out causing any water that has condensed in there to drain onto the floor of the car, rather than out a drainage tube. But then again you say its not working?

Yea, my partner said something about it rusting through so I'm not sure...

There are no plans for it, we'll probably just fix the upholstery, fix the oil leak and maybe give it a respray... She has a few rust spots in her roof but nothing too major... She has a bit of "crazy crack" in the boot lid but nothing too major, I tried to get some interior pics last night but it was too dark...

My partner is reluctant to get pics of the engine bay as he hasnt had a chance to give it a good clean yet...

Missy

I am after the actuall Holden name for the colour and the trim/paint code on the body plate. It will be a 4 digit number starting with 18 or 19 normally.

Thanks.
Anyone else know?

Alright the number I got off the plate from under the bonnet was: 568-17778

And I also found out that my car was built in the 12th month of 1976 which makes it an LX
