heyas, my new toy is almost complete. i t's a 82 suzuki gsx 250, her name is suzie. payed $250 for her in a very sad state a few months ago and have since made her run and cleaned her up a lot. will be finished tomorow, all i have to do is fit up the front brakes (paint currently drying) re oil the shocks, fit up the tail light lense after replacing a bulb and mod the seat to be a single seater and make the exhaust fit properly. i just threw the exhaust on this arvy as dad was gearing down to see if i woud have any dramas, and yes i will. have to fab diferent brackets so i'm happy...as it's currently sitting a bit far out. specialy on the left side, i wo'tn be able to get my big hoof between it and the gear lever...could get uncomfortable. oh well shouldent take to long to mod.
heres some thus far pickies.
will be good to get her on the road, torry broke and i got the shits and decided to work on the bike and then go back to torry, well the bike is nearly done so i'll be able to look at her again

yes same color as torana, i got another litre to do that, only used about a quarter of it though. see, i brought a helmet in that blue, black and silver to match torry for when i go racing, figured i may aswell paint the bike to suit

all right, just went for a 100km round trip on her. was good fun. was a tad dissapointed, she runs out of steam at 80km/h :( . 90 is pushing it, and i figured out i can get her up to 100 if i lean right over the handle bars to make myself more arodynamic and hold her at almost wot....
but yeah, sits on 100 at 6500rpm. i spent most of the ride at that speed and still managed to get 6l to the hundred, round town it should be a lot better. so i'm fairly happy, the bike will mostly be around town toy anyway. she is nice to ride around town, a tad gutless but liveable.
heres some finished picks, inc my uglyness
