What i want to know is there any difrence betwen a supercharged motor in the botem end to a normal ecoteck Sll motor whant 2 do is whip the super off heads off comp and pullys and then drop it all on my misses stock ecoteck 3.8 is this a plan or a drem i just dont well cant be botherd changin the lot to old to lasey and to cheep any help thanks .

yeah mate, i'm not a huge know it all on those motors so definitaly not a bad move.

The S/C bottom ends are definitely ALOT tougher than the normal NA bottom ends. I know Forced Induction Technologies made 400rwhp+ on a stock S/C bottom end but converted to a GT35R turbo. I wouldn't really push too much boost into a NA motor.
