HTC will be going to the birdwood mill on the 18th of january for a look at the late HTC members 24C bond torana :spoton: also next to 24c is another HDT car saggy sarah its the HDT lc xu1 :spoton: we will be parking at the rear of the mill on the lawn and also be having lunch there cost is if we get under 20 cars it will be $9 a car or if we get more than 20 car it will be $6.50 a car so get those cars out and lets make a big day of it even if its not a torrie your still more than welcome :spoton: meet 10:30am 49 main north rd medindie opposite scottys motel for an 11.00am departure

Reminder for Birdwood Motor Museum Cruise - 18.01.09

Meeting point:

Carpark opposite Scottys Motel
49 Main North Road, Medindie

10:30 am for an 11:00 pm departure.

Cost:

Less than 20 cars - $9.00 per car
Greater than 20 cars - $6.50 per car

Pack a picnic lunch or you can purchase food from the cafe at the museum...

all going to need to be on lycra allert on this one !!!!!!! dam pushbikes evrywere at the moment, then again im shure club wood get lots of free tv coverage if one of us took out lance armstrong :cry: :tease:

doen't race start on sunday with the section down at the seaside? I don't really follow it except when it comes through hahndorf and blocks off my driveway all day

well what a fantastic run up to the mill 29 cars what a day i just hope apl or someone will post some pics for you all to see a big thank you to everyone that made it cant wait for the next one :spoton:

It worked, got the car out the shed on friday only had time for a quick wash but had a good time for first cruise(both me and car). Nice views (cars & scenery) good roads & company. Hope to be able to join in again soon. :clap:

and a huge thanks to sagman for going to the effort of puting sagy out on the lawn on display and doing a couple of start ups,,also his willingness to chat facts and history around this great machine must be mentioned,, WELL DONE :clap: this is the sort of stuff that makes our club so good [ great people ] willing to share time and knowledge :spoton: :clap:

yea it looks like i missed out on a great cruise too... i really wanted to go on this but i was up the river for a b'day, behind a boat at times of course :spoton: ... looks like a great turn out. cheers for the pics guys. should be on the next run. Shane

What a great turn out and a nice cruise through the Adelide Hills. Lucky we had a change of clothes for the little hatchling as all the twists and turns upset the tummy a little resulting in a stop for some clean up.
Sorry if I diidn't catch up with anyone for a chat. By the time we had lunch at the pub and had a squiz through the museum a lot of people had called it a day and the hatchling needed an aftoon nap. She won't sleep anywhere but in the car or bed at home.
Thanks to all involved in organising this one as it was a little special seeing the late Daz's car in it's HDT war paint. Thanks also to Larry for having Saggy out on the lawn for a close up look. Sorry I didn't get to introduce myself Larry, maybe another time as I'd like to get some good shots of Daz's car one day if it sells and has to be moved.
