So if someone made a batch of 5, the average time would be 2 hours or less. Sounds to me like that could work out to an affordable price!

What about the $100,000.00 machine that cuts it, the cost of the factory to make it in, the cost of the panbreak to fold it, the cost of the labour, electricity etc.

Everything is affordable, just depends on your perception of affordable.

It's evident you already have those things. I have easy access to a panbreak, I'm sure I'm not the only one. All I would need is the cut pattern.

And your original to work from as you need the corect angles for it to fit.

If you run measurements off your original you should be able to mark and cut it out, its not that hard, im just a McMetal worker same as you, just have a crack at it, I know you dont need one but test your self you may be supprised.

just a question have you to guys thought about getting together and making these and other panels,,, mabe paul you can cut them out in flat panels and take your cut and steve could spend the time folding and then take his cut.

I would take at least 3 x each of the tail light plenum's and 3 x back panel surrounding the plenum's as a flat pack or assembled if someone is making accurate replicas.
