Commodore master on modified booster is a good idea if your planning to delete the valve
Braided hoses don't come cheap. It can be done but rough guess without costing it up for you would be around $400 just for the front.
Hose is $33 meter and fittings vary from $9-50 each.
My advice is steel lines as far as you can and then braided flex in the areas you need it only. Then you'd be looking around $80 each hose.

In Melbourne, you can get stock LH - UC front hoses for around $45. Braided from $75. Hope that helps.

For the booster you'd have to send it down to us to modify
So you'd be up for the cost of reconditioning plus modifying
Then the cost of a new master cylinder as I assume you won't have a donor
Rough guess $400-450

Just wondering why you should to put a commodore master cylinder on the modified brake booster. Do commodore master cylinders have the hydraulic loss warning built in.

Commodore masters have the proportioning valve built in so you get to delete the ugly looking spaghetti on the inner guard.
And yes they have the electrical switch in the cylinder itself

wondering why the booster needs modifying?
i just got a late model uc booster. diagonal m/cyl mounting.
you could put a comodore booster on, but you would then need to fit the torana push rod to it.

I'll go out on a limb here and say he doesn't have a late UC booster and this is why it needs mods
Yes late UC and A9X ran the diagonal mount masters so yes a Commodore or Falcon master would bolt up to them

And of course the Foulcan M/C's can be A9X'd, can't they?
