Thanks Steve, but I think the trailer queen remarks are a bit harsh.
I dont remember you EVER driving your car to summernats, Ive done it many times. :finger: This year I couldnt fit everything I needed into a little hotrod, so I had no choice. Also being a new car it was a little too far from home if something went wrong.
Of course its a street class award, its no show car although they did try and talk me into going over to the show class, but I declined, This ride is a driver, and drive it I did. Clocked up 600 ks in the week there. Not bad for a trailer queen huh? :spoton:

Yes the "trailer Queen" remarks are very "harsh", but someones gotta stir you up about it, so heck it may as well be me :spoton: As for not being able to fit everything in the rod here's a thought, how about a trailer to put behind the rod instead of under it :spoton: OK I promise to stop calling your rod a trailer queen, ......................................no doubt that title will soon be placed on the crummiedore (unless you intend to drive it to the easternats :tease: )

.........and to set the record straight.........I have driven my POS to the summernats, once........ to summernats 5, :tease: :tease:

Im sure it will ,because the crummydoor isnt registered any more. :tease:
I dont know if it will even be at the Easternats, I cant afford to set up the injection system on the blower, and the slackers next door still havnt finished the carbys, so I may not have time to tune it properly. If I do get it right I'll havta show you how to do a skid.
Looks like I'll hata DRIVE the hotrod just to stick it to you.....

.........and to set the record straight.........I have driven my POS to the summernats, once........  to summernats 5,  :tease::tease:

I dont believe you.......... :stirpot:
That was soooooooooo long ago you expect me to remember that?
Oh, and once doesnt count. :tease:

Sometimes you've just gotta laugh at the Summernats categories, or should I say the decisions about which cars are put into which categories. One year when I drive my XU-1 to the Nats from Adelaide, the judges though it looked 'too clean', and would not believe me that I drove it, let alone drove it from Adelaide to Canberra. I was put in show class, and the winner of the "Street Class" which I would have been in was a local Canberra car that was freshly painted, loaded on a trailer from the paint shop, and trailered to the Nats.

Ah well, the show's fun to be at.

I have seen you in that rig at at least the last 12 S/nats. I have spoken to you a few times as well. About 11 or 12 years ago I was in line with you at the burnouts (I was in a yellow BBC HZ Tonner) and we had a chat. I think you had a Holden V8 in it at the time. Good to see you sticking with the same car all those years.

Keep up the good work !!
