got a bit of info from dellow today and this is what they offer for a toyota 5 speed to a 308
they do kits for falcoon 6 T5, supra and steel case toyota.
whats the difference between a supra anda steel case toyota??
whats teh average price for each one of these boxes?
This is what comes in the kit.
belhousing and pivot
pilot bush
speedo calble
clutch disc - heavy duty
thrust race and carrier, dunno what that is??
reset member - dunno what that is either, maby a cross member??
Dust cover
Tailshaft yolk
instrusctions
all for $895 + GST so just uinder 900.
they stock fully reco supra boxes for 895 +gst
shipping to WA is cheap and simple.
The crs kit is $1300

That is a great price! I was Quoted close to $2000 from another supplier including freight and gst to North Queensland!
Steel case is simply a Celica box, for a V8 i wouldnt reccommend it!

concidering just goin all out and getting the box and conversion kit all in one.

good way to get a cheap supra box is to call a jap import wrecker. they get them in all the time, course u dont know what your getting, but most have done less than 100000ks.

The steel case Celica boxes are very easy to tear down, repair and re-assemble. I've done it, so anyone can. Couldn't imagine the Supra boxes to be much different.

The Dellows kit is nowhere near the quality of the CRS and others.
You may find there are clearance issues when you try to fit it all up.
Better to pay a little more and know that you are getting what you've payed for.
