hi,

i know that the VL turbo diff is 28 spline like the vn---> diffs. but this is an axle question, what i need to know is the standard axle length for an axle from a Vl turbo diff as opposed to a normal VN----> diff. does anyone have the measurments handy?

im just curious on how my BW diff was shortened as i suspect one axle is standard length and the other isn't (well so the diff guy told me anyway), i hope this is the case coz them i'll have to only respline 1 axle not 2, (all this trouble to run disk brakes in the rear). if its too painfull i'll stick with the drums for now.

just seeking the truth....

cheers guys

john

That's interesting, my diff bloke told me the BW axles have a 2" lenght difference side to side. I might pull mine out one day to check.
