hey members...I just bought a LC 2 Door in Adelaide....

I seen the Ad in the Trading Post and this really caught my eye so i had a look and the next day i bought it for $3200.....

186, B&M Shifter, Holley, Drop Tank, Sprint Masters, Racing Seats, Steering Wheel (Wood), $3700...Has Rust but i will be fixing that up as soon as possible as i am not driving it until i get it fixed...

Also here is a Question is it Illegal to have a Wooden Steering Wheel in South Australia and have the Exhaust Pipes just behind the Wheels????

Should be in Member's Projects but we'll forgive you because you just signed up :P

I can't see any issues with the wooden steering wheel. Not sure about SA's rules, those exhausts probably won't be illegal style-wise, but since they're aftermarket, they're probably too loud. Depends on who's checking the car out though... cops don't like those exhausts because they can hear them very easily :spoton:

Anyway, great looking car. Have you got some plans for it other than treating the rust and getting it on the road?

yeah well i was talking to my dad and we may work together to build it up to look like a GTR or something like that....and the interior needs a lot of work like carpet etc... but thats pretty much all of the work needed to be done

Looks nice, you have got a good deal if the rust is not too bad. Where is the rust? it looks ok in the pics. so I'm assuming its in the floors/boot?

Nice pick up.The steering wheel might be illegal if it is too small in diameter from std & in most states if not all the exhaust has to go past a certain distance past the last opening/closing compartment on passenger vehicles, mainly for safety reasons.Go the lc's :spoton:
