Gday guys,

Just wondering if a HQ GTS dash would fit into the HX ute dash?

I havent sat down with the both and looked at the problem (havent had a chance) but I just assumed that HQ-HZ would be compatible interior wise (even though the HX came with a different gauge layout for the GTS dashes)

But Ive now been told it wont (thanks Hatch for bringing it to my attention, I could have ended up very pissed off and frustrated!)

can anyone clarify it at all?

I notice the HX is set at and angle, where as the HQ is a flat facia.

The whole dash sheet metal is different.

If your really keen you can remove the screen and cut it all out and swap it over but it is a BIG job.

ahhhh. thats what I needed to know, I hadnt really looked too far into it, I was just assuming it was similar at the least.
