The stickers that came with the shirts and that we are selling, are what's known as computer cut Vinyl Lettering.
Ive taken a few Photos while I installed them onto my torana as a demo of what to do.
See below:
Step 1) What you will need, and Cleaning the window:Make sure you clean the window THOROUGHLY with Metho, and then make sure you wipe the window clean with a second clean rag. Metho DOES leave a residue if its not wiped off.
Step 2) Peel The Backing Paper Off. - Make Sure that the lettering ALL stays on the top paper (known as Application tape). Peel Slowly watching the lettering. IF a letter begins to lift off the application tape, Push it back down onto the backing paper.. squeeze them between your fingers and try peeling again. (This shouldnt happen TOO often..)
Step 3) Ready to Apply. - Your sticker should look like THIS when its ready to stick on.
Step 4) Position Sticker and gently stick one edge down. Use a card of some sort as a scraper to flatten the sticker down FROM ONE EDGE ACROSS THE STICKER TOWARD THE OTHER EDGE. This will "run" any air out from underneath the lettering as you go. Once its stuck down, you can go back acroos it as many times as you like. You want to try and get as much air out as you possibly can. Especially from under the letters themselves.
Step 5) - Peel the Application tape off. From one corner, Pick off the application tape and fold it back on itself and peel it away GENTLY. this will leave just the lettering on the window. If a letter begins to lift... You didnt clean the window correctly and the sticker is probably stuffed by this stage!
Thats it!
Its MOST important to clean the window ( clean... right!!...), If youve got any tiny little air bubbles under the letters, Dont worry too much they will bleed out over a few days, you can rub them toward the edges if theyre big bubbles!
Any questions... ask!
OH.. and there are more stickers for sale if you want more! See the other thread.
Cheers.
