Can someone please tell me what the maximum piston to bore clearance is with ACL Race series flat top pistons?
The minimum is .0015 but what is the maximum? and where do you measure it in the bore?

There is no maximum. I have run them with 4 thou on a worn bore but they wear quicker and are noisier at this clearance.
For a fresh bore on a performance engine 1.5 thou is perfect.
