hey guys will this cross member fit with a trimatic in an LJ??
The guy selling it says it fit with a 4 speed munci

I just used a standard lj crossmember with mine (308/ trimatic) and use the holes that are about an inch further back in the body.

yes its just that i dont have the standard cross member anymore as i scraped it 6 years ago
I couldnt remember if that (above pic) is the standard cross member, if it is will it fit in trimatic/LJ??

That pic looks like a standard LJ rear crossmember (called a "support - rear engine mounting" in the Torana parts catalogue). The only problem is that the catalogue gives a different P/N for the manual and auto - although the pictures look the same. The only difference that I can see is that the auto uses rubber mounts on the ends - but they don't form part of the actual crossmember.
