Cavity Wax

Hey guys, im about to weld the sills on my LJ, have any of you used cavity wax to seal off gaps/joins and stuff, i believe thats what its used for, how did you apply it and is it worth using??
Any how to pointers????

The place that painted my HJ put it in my sills. I believe its for rust protection.

rust protection is great but i guess its applied after its all welded up and ill have to pump it in the sills through a couple of holes, i think???

bart can you spray it through a kero gun ? if so i use a piece of hose long enough
to go up the sill if you clamp a piece of steel pipe in the end and flaten it out so it sprays
then you get it in every were ..tip peanut oil is a very good rust stoper

i just got the cavity wax and weld thru primer today.

Should i use a seam sealer inside the sill?? Isnt that like a black tar or something???
