Ok mate, i can do it, but you need to get a better side on pic of your car (and i mean side on). Has to be almost like your watching yourself drive by! The wheels i can use, but the car pics need to be a bit better!

for the future, try get a photo of another car with wheels you like. Then take like ten photos of your car from very similar angles to the wheel.

The wheels look lousy because I'm not great, your front wheels are steered to the left and you are looking at each of the wheels from rationally different angles. And yes I could be more picky than that.

P.S. STOP BROWSING RICER WEBSITES!

You should be able to chop it onto any angle, no problem. I had a quick go with my favorite ones.. as 18" as i could estimate.

Yes, but most new wheels do.

Just noticed the first ones looked better than I thought initially too :)
- Less Commodore-ey IMO also. Still got the BLIIING factor.

I reckon Heath's one done at 6:03pm looks the closest proportion to what 18's would look like on an LX.

Awesome job Yella :spoton: , Can you give mine ago, hehehe. Sorta gives you an idea of what your car would look like if it rolled on it's side and then hit a telegraph pole...

I reckon if you give it a go with my yella LC it'll probly look a bit more like a banana, lol.

Hi Evan.

IMHO the newer style rims look out of place on a late '70s car.

The styling cues dont match up. Too much bling with the other rims!!!

Here are the rims you wanted 'chopped, with a few body mods too.

Pic with mods and pic straight on to your car. Also plain bonnet.

Cheers, Leakey
