hi Guys,

would any one know what the towing capacity of a VL 6 cylinder?

need to tow my boat which is about 1100kgs

You still cant tow more than the towing vehicles weight.

The tow bar capacity is a limiting factor if it is lower than the tow vehicle weight.

I don't have any info here at present but I always thought that VB-VL Commodores were only rated to around 1200kg braked max? (Those figures above are same for a VT?) Don't think I'd want to tow much more than that over any distance but the boat should be OK.
