Let us know when they are ready Neil. l have a pic of an original A9X M/C from a car l inspected last month if you would like another for your researchWonder how that blue would look on a hatch ?
I might be able to help with the master cylinders
I have actually left the place I was working where I was preparing 5 "clone" masters
They are still sitting there unfinished and I need to negotiate with the owner of the business what he thinks they are worth
They are correct casting. they even have the correct colour steel plate for the cap.
I hadn't found any fluid bottles the right shade though so thats why they weren't finished
I'll try to negotiate something with him and get back with prices for you guys
Oh and I'll try to get some decent pics too if I can
Cheers
Neil

dattoman i would be interested in a master cyclinder if you can let us know , i,m sure mondie will also ....
the shed is 12 metres by 21 metres and has only been completed about a month ago , still some final work to be done like the engine room etc , then its time to freshen up a few engines and finish restoring the xu1,s ..
cant beat country living guys , twice the room , half the price !!!!!!!
i will see if i can get a few more pics up , might have a go at photobucket .....

on the far wall the 12 metre side you will see 5 cars side by side , plenty of room to open doors also ... i had to compromise with the misses for her tac room
(bloody horse) which took 3 metres of the 21 metre length , thats behind the timber wall , however i used the room above this via stairs to store parts , its now completed , once the parts go there my old shed will be used for dirty work !!!
( grinding , welding , beadblasting and possibly spray painting) ....

I had no respect for them cars being all torana biast and having nuthin but fast torrys all my life, but the day he gave me a drive i changed my thoughts instantly..

G'day 830HP, wonderfull stuff. Are those bolts fixing the bonnet scoop factory? They seem HUGE!!
thanks knoath , no they are the wrong bolts , i questioned the seller on these and his answer was the original bolts were known to not hold the scoop down at high speeds .......

Running a T10 huh 830? Is this the car that went up to the Bathurst thing in January? It looks familiar, only it looks like it's had a new bonnet since.
red yes he did say this about bathurst so it is prob the same car and yes it has a super T10 , first and reverse are a bit close for my liking so adjustment needed.
Good to see you got your camera to autofocus hey
yeh mondie not everyday you have to check those annoying little switches
