yes but you will need a v8 one if your using a holley

Have another look, it IS a V8 cable. Just remember, the 6 and V8 cables hook up to the bracket by the pedal differently. A manual should show how.

My error. It's the actual pedal that has a couple of different mounting point on the bracket. Stick your head under the dash and have a look. I think it has to do with the distance the cable travels, which I think is different between 6's and V8's.
