Herringbone, Houndstooth and Golf Ball?

I often hear the terms Herringbone, Houndstooth and Golf Ball and I need an education.
What trim goes with what model and what exactly to they look like? I've got a fair idea of what they look like and a "sort of" idea of where they belong but I would like a definite answer if possible.
Is there a trim pattern for the higher end cars I am overlooking as well?
Cheers,
T

Houndstooth and Herringbone are patterns.
Golfball is texture.
Have asked Boomy if he has some pics.

I found out on the internet that only LJ's had Herringbone, LH's had Houndstooth and LX's had Golfball. Is this correct?
LH's had Golfball vinyl as well, only black where as LX's were Grey
The LX's had Chevron Pattern Cloth inserts
The UC's had Velour Cloth.
You forgot to mention "Fashion Pack" too

cheers
Mick

^ The Fashion Pack? Is that the tartan\flano looking cloth insert on the door trim and seats? If so I had it on an LX Sunbird and would love to have a Torana with it again, just to be different.
Yep!!
That's the one! It was also in the Gemini's too. Not sure about the HX/ HZ's
Oh, dont forget that forgetable trim in the "Plus 4" with the yellow stripe!! God that was UGLY!!
cheers

Here is a photo of the interior combination of my Contessa Gold LH SL/R 5000...
Trim is Gazelle Vinyl with Raydo Cloth Insert.

Door cards are Gazelle with a brownish (unsure of the colour) golf ball insert.
I am told that there would not have been many made in that colour/trim combination.
Cheers

You could get it in your clan colors^ The Fashion Pack? Is that the tartan\flano looking cloth insert on the door trim and seats? If so I had it on an LX Sunbird and would love to have a Torana with it again, just to be different.

I had yellow in my LX Sunbird and I have seen green as well. Blue would be cool though, with my standard issue flanno I would blend right into the seats, Predator style.

how awesome would it be if they actually had a 'flanno' insert option!...hmmmm....the seats in my lx are rooted...might consider this when getting retrimmed.
