vehicle weights, what is the heaviest Torana?

This is what the ACT uses. As I posted earlier, it comes from original Holden documents from the 70's. It refers to tare weight not kerb weight. Heaviest version is SL/R 5000 1275kg.

Yep and an A9X with it's diff and party tricks is 1315Kg, well that's what the WA guys tell me on my rego papers.
But in saying that, during the whole rego process the 1275KG figure was thrown around for a while but eventually the inspector found some paper work that actually recognized the existence of an A9X 4 door torana. Don't you just love how they are the controlling authority, but still they just don't really know what the hell happened it the 70's (80's, 90's).
Short rant: I've had my torrie since 1986 and I'm sick of hearing tossers on the other side of the counter telling me about my torana. All I can say is thank God for Shannons insurance.
