I ve had my speedo cable hooked up for a while now but havent been able to drive it anywhere,
The cable is a TH350 speedo cable from CRS into a SLR cluster, when i drive its about 50km out. Is there a gear reduction unit on the trans i am missing cause i dont think changing the speedo gear is goin to chase 50km difference

Tyres are 205/65/15 on the rear, anybody help me out with this one.

Cheers

I am keen to hear a reply on this too. I'm also using a CRS speedo cable from my TH350 to my SLR cluster.

My speedo reads 20kmh too fast. This is with 265/50 x 15's and 3.7 diff gears.

I was hoping it might be just a matter of fitting a new gear into the side of the trans?? No idea what is currently in there....

Lol, im not sure but dont think in my case changing the gear will get back almost 50km over at 100km cruising. According to my speedo, i have done nearly 2500km. lol in 2.5 hours driving. Not bad i reckon.

I remember seeing a connector on my mates TH350 in a dunny door which looked like a coupling which fitted between box and cable.
