Hey crew i know it is still a long way off January 15 and 16 but entrant fees for Motorvation 2011 are $100 if paid before Sept 30. After that they go to $150 :furious:

I am going to be camping there and trying to organise a bit of a group if possible so that we can all be put together in one spot hopefully .

Col that bought "FATSLR" off of me is keen and has got a couple of mates one with a very nice silver XY ute and another with a HT monaro.

One of the blokes i work with has got a very tough VNSS that is also keen and i have another couple of mates that hopefully can get off the nest and bring out their toys .

I know that a few of the guys will be in the Elite tent probably 2WILD4U and Ayden with his hatch but it would be good to get a bunch of guys/cars together as it reduces the chance of stereos going walkabout hey Nathan .
It would be nice to know that someone is watching out for you when your off checking out the show yourself.

If your keen let me know and i will try and organise us as a group .

yeah i should be there with the hatch dunno where the car will be yet in the tent or just around the normal area. The tent has seemed to be a let down lately and have only heard bad things about it. Like only being to drive your car once in the elite supercruise but the the top 10 for motorvation being available to every single car there. Seems sort of like the elite cars are being punished for being in the tent. Thats just my thoughts and a few other ppl i have spoken to about.
Anyone elses thoughts??

I appreciate what your saying Datto there is nothing like your own bed.

You don't have to camp it is more about just requesting a certain number of cars be allotted together for display under one group .

I'm entering the Gemini with our club GemsWA, there is about 6-7 of us so far, we could combine... I'd like to be close to some Toranas haha... We are organizing all our entries this weekend and putting them in before the 20th

Thats been the scene here in Wa for the last 20 yrs Nathan

Nothing has changed.... just look around at all the import shit they allow in while decent old school cars are not accepted
Cause they want the ricer clubs and their money

Yeah im having second thoughts now aswell i havent heard any good things from entrants yet but i do like going and having a look around. Its a shame really cos i thought i would have an awesome weekend if i was entered mite talk to the girlfriend and see what she wants to do

Go to powercruise its all about the entrant not the spectaiter.
I have 4 bottles of NOS and 4 sets tyres.

And just wait till you see the tory that will be parked next to mine and the other big cars

I would prefer to go to powercruise but work 8on 6off and will be working for powercruise weekend :furious:

I agree with others comments on Motorvation but i think the Friday arvo/night before gates open is a good time to chill and check out other peoples cars and have a chat with crew .

Hopefully we wont be anywhere near the riceburnersthis time.

Posted my entry off this arvo figured last chance for discount rate .

I think we have about 4 or 5 cars together at this stage group name is "Garth"
