Can anyone tell me the best way to put new door rubbers on as i can not get new rubber into the track at top of doors (HELP) :(

Mongrel job and you might have to glue them anyway.
standing inside the door,put the lip of rubber closest to you in the groove.with all 8 fingers press down hard on the back (outer) part of the seal moving along at a slow rate. Hard to explain, easy when you get the system.Start from the sharp corner of the window and work away from it.
